We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. The comfort and well-being of our valued patients is one of our top priorities. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family. We are conveniently located in Metrowest Boston in Needham Center, adjacent to Beth Israel Deaconess Leahy Hospital, in an elevated, handicapped accessible building with ample covered parking, and located a short distance to the Needham Junction MBTA Commuter Rail train station and Rte 95/128. Appointments
If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call our office at 781-449-7888. If you are calling outside of business hours, please do leave a message clearly stating your name and telephone number and one of our staff will connect with you. We will be happy to answer your questions about office hours, scheduling, financial policies and directions. Initial visits can usually be scheduled within a week. Emergency appointments are sometimes available especially for new patients seeking help. Please plan 1- 1.5 hours for your first appointment to undergo a thorough history, examination and diagnostic x-rays when necessary. Prior to initial visits, new patient paperwork must be completed, so therefore we ask patients to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to allow for this.
Financial
Currently, Dr. Dolan is a participating provider with Medicare Insurance and most associated Medicare secondary carriers, and will electronically submit claims for Medicare patients directly from our office. Additionally, under some circumstances, we will participate with auto carriers in personal injury (i.e. auto injuries). For all others, payment is expected when services are rendered. We encourage patients with out of network chiropractic insurance coverage to submit claims directly to their carriers, and we are prepared to provide necessary paperwork reflecting diagnoses, charges and payments made in this office for that purpose.
Current Fees are as Follows: Initial History and Physical Examination: 150.00 X-Rays: 65.00 per view
Follow Up Visits: 80.00-95.00 per visit
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, kindly provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for routine visits and at least 3 business days notice for new patients and longer visits to avoid missed appointment fees. We request this so that we can offer the appointment to another patient. We will charge a fee if a patient misses an appointment or cancels without sufficient notice as stipulated.
Cancellation Fees: New Patient/longer appointments: $75 Routine/Follow up visits: $35
